Tramper Minnetonka - Funky Style, Forever in Fashion

The Tramper Minnetonka boot has grown to be a real favorite for women - it is the ideal casual "goes with everything" that generally has a fun look and is quite comfortable. Actually, it has become an icon within the community of fashionable footwear as being "the perfect boot".

Regarding the Tramper: It in a nutshell the Minnetonka Tramper Boot could be described as an ankle hi moccasin boot. Its height rises to just above the ankle and is endowed with rather long fringe that hangs down from the collar to almost the top of the foot. It has a lace-up style that not only adds to the looks but helps to create just the right fit. Also, due to the traction outsole it is great for wearing outdoors under normal conditions.

Sizing for the Tramper Boot: The Minnetonka Tramper boot typically fits true to size, however there are a couple of factors regarding the sizing, especially if one has never purchased a moccasin boot before.

Here are some things to consider before purchasing, especially if planning to buy the boot online:

Initial fit: Once first put on if someone has gotten her usual size in the tramper boot, it's quite common for it to feel a little tight. This ought to be alright given the softer suede upper will probably mould to the feet a bit and should fit quite well after a short break in period. (However, if the boot fits so tightly that it hurts the foot it is a good idea to exchange it for a larger size.)

Wearing the Tramper: If an individual prefers to put on these together with thinner socks or perhaps with bare feet, it is still a good idea to purchase one's normal size in the tramper boot. However if they will be worn with thick socks you might want to consider purchasing a half size up from your usual.

The feedback on this point (based on my personal research) have been slightly varied, but in general if the rules above are followed when finding the right size online, you should end up with a great fit.

By and large, I highly recommend the Tramper Minnetonka boot - it is what I like to call "cute as a button" whenever worn with jeans, or nearly everything amounting to a relaxed outfit.
